Feedback: Please don't reset Faction skill trees

I don't have Discord so I'm not entirely sure where to submit feedback for Marathon - I was thinking more about the seasonal wipes & how much of a grind upgrading Faction skill trees has been, and I feel like doing so would end up driving away the more casual playerbase

I understand this game is an Extraction Shooter & that wipes help prevent people from getting stomped/helps new players start off on an even playing field, but at the same time this sort of thing will end up filtering a lot of casual players who love the game but don't have the time to grind out all the materials like the sweats/nolifes (me) do

I feel like the faction skill trees specifically should be left alone during the wipe & be kept as a meta progression with an OPTIONAL wipe/reset, while gear, season level, and faction levels start from zero; since an additional system is being introduced soon ("the cradle") I feel like having yet another skill tree to grind out will become overwhelming for a lot of people, and as much as I love this game, it just feels like it'll be exhausting as wipes come and go

If Bungie kept skill tree progression as-is throughout each season, giving optional wipes, it opens things up to be a bit more forgiving for casuals while also giving grinders the option to restart; I've seen a lot of complaints on other forums about the wipe clearing Faction skill trees/upgrades, some even saying they'll be quitting after Season 1, and though I'm not a playercount fearmonger, I feel like it'd be best if these upgrades were left alone & new skill branches were added as time went on to give additional incentive for using materials/grinding

This post isn't structured very well, though I thought I'd give my 2-cents in hopes the dev team considers other options when it comes to wipes
