Unable to pick up weapon due to (assumed) map geography

Description of Issue - Looted a weapon (blue sniper rifle) and wanted to give to friend in session. Weapon was dropped from my inventory but was unable to be picked up by my teammate. Weapon landed within map geography (see image attached)
Rough Date and Time of issue - Approx. 8:30pm EST on 3/29/2026
Repro steps - Did not attempt to recreate, but no one on team was able to reacquire the weapon.
