unable to collect quest items
could not collect quest items to progress faction quest, sample at west gate was spawned in the drivers cab instead if the back of the ambulance/health vehicle reloading the mission fixed the issue, and in another quest I could see the sample but no interact/collect option showed on the screen, i got down to 0m away and still could not pick it up, have not gone back called it a night
