Didnt receive twitch drops

Didnt receive all this drops for cup and cryo events.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Can you please verify that your Bungie account is correctly linked to your Twitch account:

    • Go to https://www.bungie.net/ and sign in with the Platform account you use for Marathon.
    • Navigate to Profile > Settings > Account Linking.
    • Check that:
      • Twitch is listed and Linked.
      • The Twitch name shown here matches the account where the drops were claimed.
      • If it looks wrong:
      • Unlink Twitch, save.
      • Log out of Bungie.net.
      • Log back in and link Twitch again from the Account Linking page

    They are claimed in twitch inventory, but in game there is nothing.

    Im sure that twitch account linked to my bungie account and the Twitch name matches the account where the drops were claimed.

    Received all cryo drops, but tau ceti cup drops are still missing, thank you in advance.
