Deluxe Upgrade Missing Voucher

Bungie Account Name - Charge#9145

Platform - Steam

Description of Issue - Purchased the deluxe upgrade for marathon yesterday and was given all rewards but one "1x Premium Rewards Pass Voucher". I have the silk, cosmetics, and shells but no voucher.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The Premium Rewards Pass Voucher is not a tangible item that you need to use. Can you try the following steps:

    • Go to the Rewards Pass screen in-game
    • Look for “Unlock Premium” at the bottom-left of the Rewards Pass UI and select it.

    If your account has a Premium Rewards Pass voucher, that screen should offer to spend the voucher instead of LUX.

    If this doesn't work, please let me know.
