i lost my loadout
i just lost my loadout without entering the game . i was searching for a match and waited for too long so i tried to restart my game but when i relaunch my game it says to reconnect but when i clicked it i cant enter the game and waited in the loading screen for too long again until i decided to click the return to lobby but then i lost everything in my loadout

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
