Cross Save Not working

I  have my microsoft account linked to my bungie account. Steam being the primary on that account. My cross progression is not happening from steam to xbox. I have checked my bungie account and my xbox account is linked. The name is correct and everything. What other steps can i take to try to get this resolved? I would love to hit the ground running when the game releases...Please help!
