Mid run game crash

- Description of Issue - DC'd mid game - options were either back to lobby (forfeit gear) or "continue waiting", continue waiting was met with black screen (no loading indicator) and then was unsuccessful looping me back to the two options. The loop happened every 20-30 seconds. Then when it was unsuccessful, I alt F4'd and then couldnt load back in for about 10 minutes. No gear refunded
