Cryo Archives CyAc Contracts Reset Prematurely
I was on my 7th Cryo Archives contract last night, and the contract clearly said there was over a day remaining to complete the contract. Lo and behold, the contracts reset little more than 12 hours later. I was expecting to finish this contract tonight but because of a miscommunication on your account, I’ve practically wasted all the hours spent this weekend, if the issue isn’t resolved properly.
I spent all weekend grinding these contracts and I expect an immediate fix or compensation, if you cannot fix this issue in the next couple of hours, all players with 6/7 contracts completed should be accredited the codex entry for the cyac contracts.

Your platform
The approximate date and time this happened, including your time zone if possible
A screenshot or video of the contract screen or timer, especially if it showed that the contract would last until the seasonal reset
Whether the in-game contract specifically said it would last until the seasonal reset
Any details you remember about your contract progress before the reset

I believe the premature resetting of the contracts happened at 1 pm EST today, June 1st 2026
I do not have a screenshot, but I am 100% certain as of last night it said there was somewhere around 1 day and 12 hours remaining on the contracts, which would coincide with the seasonal reset exactly. If you look online, you should see other similar reports.
As I mentioned in the previous answer, the timer on the contract coincided precisely with the seasonal reset expected on June 2nd. 1 day and approximately 12 hours from midnight of May 31st would be approximately 1 pm on June 2nd, which is when the seasonal reset is expected.
I was on the final contract of 7, which for me was cache rules. The contract objectives were to find a hidden cache and to exfil a compiler ganglion.
I'm having the same issue on PC/Steam. I was at 5/7 for This Is Dedication Syndrome for my Vidmaster title, and given the 36~ hours left on the contracts last night, I figured I could do them today. As of around 0000 hours this morning PST or whenever the server resets in the wee hours, the "This Is Dedication Syndrome" Codex entry reset to 0/7.
So too have all of the Cryo contracts become available again instead of cycling through only the ones left. For me, I only had //: Cache Rules and //: Good Hatch remaining alongside my pile of DNA network cards to try and go for the Compiler kill on the seventh contract. I don't expect compensation or anything, but if there's anything that can be done I would certainly appreciate it and I would appreciate it even more if this situation can be averted next season for those who try the same monumental undertaking that is Vidmaster and This Is Dedication Syndrome.
I also have the same issue, was on 6/7 yesterday, and today the progress for the "This is Dedication Syndrome" codex objective reset and all my cryo contracts have been reset.
Yesterday, the final 7th contract stated that it had over 24 hours remaining.
I cannot provide evidence of screenshots for the final contract as it has been completely reset but the timer still remains the same and states that the contract expires end of today.
