Server issue after exfiltration.
I am not sure if it is a bug or a glitch.
I have run Dire Marsh map on solo. I have opened a golden key room, then exfiltrated. Instead of screen leading to the summary of exfiltration, i was greeted with a black spectating screen and an option to leave my crew and run report. I have made a screenshot of that. So i waited for 20-30 seconds and clicked on "leave crew and run report". Please mind that i was running solo queue. After that I got hit with server error, disconnection, and now i have a screen with "Continue Waiting?" and options of "return to lobby" or "continue waiting". Should I click former, i will lose the items from the golden key room - 4 weavework stasis knots, 1 corrupted AI log, 1 purple copper head, 1 purple circuit breaker, 1 purple shield, 1 purple med-backpack, some healing consumables too. While i dont care about weapons and shield and consumables, i care about codex entries for AI log and weaveworms. I have clicked on "continue waiting" several times, with some time span between reconnections, so it has been approximately 30 minutes now of waiting and clicking "continue".
It is a very unfortunate event/bug. And a very irritating one. I sincerely hope it auto-resolves itself, otherwise i expect to recieve my items back - either the ones i brought into the run, or the ones i have exfiltrated with. This server issue is most definitely not on my side - i was able to immediately start googling server status and conditions.
I am looking forward to the resolution of this issue.

We understand a server error led to you being disconnected mid-run. We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine the impact which this may have had. If you haven't already done so, you may wish to Optimize Connections and perform Network Troubleshooting. These steps often help to prevent the recurrence of such errors. If, however, you encounter this error again, then please let us know if you see an error code and we'll review.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems. Your understanding in this is appreciated.
What? Not mid-run. Disconnected AFTER I have exfiltrated. I have completed my run, and your servers had a hickup - they registered me as if i was running with a CREW - in a solo queue. Instead of post-run summary and return to lobby, i was stuck in spectate for 30 seconds or so before servers registered an error. Look at the 3rd screenshot. Worse still, even after terminating the process and restarting the game, servers still register me as waiting for finalisation of run.
I've been waiting for nearly an hour now. I guess i will just forfeit, but this is entirely on you - on your servers, not on my client or my side on net connection.
