Killed Compiler - No Codex Entry or Skin Unlock
Hello,
I killed the Compiler on the Recon shell tonight, but did not receive credit. We killed the boss with one other team. I have read other responses and support has commented that you need to be the team to initiate it. Our team initiated and completed all the required steps - both of my squad mates got credit. I was even the one who brought in the DNA Access. The run ended around 9PM EST.

My platform is: steam
Teammates: Letheo and Richard Gear
Is there anything that can be done about this? One of my teammates recorded the run, so I have evidence.

Thanks for reaching out. I appreciate the video included. I'm sorry to hear you didn't unlock your Runner skin after defeating the Compiler. Unfortunately, Support is unable to restore the missed rewards, as any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through Support.
Hi, just to clarify what you are saying. Support is unable to restore the missing reward, so does that mean there is no path to fixing this on my account?
This is discouraging me from playing season 2, since I worked all of season 1 just to get to the compiler only to not be rewarded.
