Stuck on signing in screen

Hello ,
When I try to start up the game I get stuck on the “Signing in” page as seen below. This page will load for hours with no error code. I had a similar issue during the server slam. During the server slam, after leaving the console running all night at some point I was met with the Stingray error code. As of now with the main game I have yet to get an error code. (will update if that changes) None of the trouble shooting steps from the Stingray article have helped. I have tried playing other online games and they all work fine, so there’s nothing wrong with my playstation account. I have tried deleting the game, clearing the PS5 cache, and reinstalling. After starting up the game I still get stuck on “Signing in.” I really would like to play this game please help.

I'm sorry to hear you've been stuck on infinite loading screens when signing in to the game. Please note that Stingray errors typically happen if you are not properly signed in to your platform account, or if your platform is undergoing maintenance.
