Deluxe Edition Items Missing & Server Error
Hi,
I purchased the Deluxe Edition, but I’m encountering a server error when trying to access the game. The only way I can log in and play is by using a VPN.
However, even when I’m able to enter the game through the VPN, none of the Deluxe Edition items I paid for appear to be available on my account.
Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it?

We've gotten reports of players encountering issues accessing their deluxe rewards. We're currently investigating the underlying cause of this. In the meantime, Accessing and Restoring Licenses may help you to access your purchased content. Your patience and understanding while this is ongoing is appreciated.
As for the server error, could you please take a screenshot of any error codes and add it to this thread. We'll be glad to take a look!
