Did not receive Deluxe Edition bonuses after purchase

Hello,

I purchased the Marathon Deluxe Edition, but the bonuses included in this edition were not granted to my account.

Issue details:

  • Game edition purchased: Marathon Deluxe Edition

  • Platform: Steam

Problem description:
After purchasing the Deluxe Edition, I logged into the game but did not receive the Deluxe Edition bonuses or rewards that should be included with this version. I tried restarting the game and logging out/in again, but the bonuses still do not appear.

Please check my purchase and help restore the missing Deluxe Edition rewards.

    Thank you for the response.

    I have already checked my licenses and confirmed that the Deluxe Edition content is present in my Steam library and appears correctly on the Steam DLC / licensing page.

    However, the Deluxe Edition rewards are still not appearing in the game.

    I have also tried restarting Steam and the game client, but the issue persists.

    I have attached screenshots showing that the Deluxe Edition content is owned and active in my Steam account.

    Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
