I did not receive my Deluxe Edition from Steam purchase.
I bought Marathon Deluxe on the day of pre order release and during the server slam I did not see the cosmetics. I thought nothing of it but then on release just now I see that I do not have the rewards. I am willing to wait as I assume everything is hectic but I hope to get some clarity soon.

I checked as you said and I have everything in order but i still didn't receive my preorder or deluxe rewards. Please help
