Check your CPU usage - seems to a be a bug where sometimes it maxes out showing 100% utilization. (Might try a good ol fashioned reboot, too). I have base 9070 and same native res, set scale to 75%...

You really should provide basic hardware specs - esp. GPU, driver version, and CPU.

'Nother 9070 (non-xt) here, same driver version, same bug. (Two different days, one you can also see the crazy 100% CPU usage. (i7-12700k)
