The console I’m playing on is ps5. I was thinking maybe it could be a hardware issue. But I tested other games such as Overwatch apex and rainbow six siege. And this stretching visual bug doesn’t happen on those games.

Have you tried reinstalling Marathon yet? Please go through this guide to reinstall Marathon on your console and clear your console's cache as well to see if that helps resolve the issue.
Also, is the game installed on the internal drive, or on expanded storage?
It’s installed on the internal drive. I have deleted the game and reinstalled. I also cleared my cache but the bug still persists.
