Bug: damage not registering!!
This problem has been going on for a long time, and you guys just won't fix it! Either the damage doesn't register against bots, or it doesn't register against players! We're losing loot from hours dedicated to this game—which, honestly, I'm on the verge of quitting, just like so many others have, because of the neglect regarding these horrible bugs. Fix this! I stab a player twice; one hit registers, the other gets lost to your bug, and I lose hours of gameplay because of a bug!!!!

I have the exact moment on video where both hits landed squarely, yet only one counted! It’s ridiculous; I even start to think it’s done on purpose to get us killed, so we go back to pouring hours and hours into the game without realizing the hole we’re in.

If you have not already tried doing so, you may wish to see whether Optimizing Connections and Network Troubleshooting improves your experience. Steps like this can often help with issues wherein damage does not register. This said, we will be sure to look into your report. Thanks again for reaching out!
I’ve already run all the network tests—I’ve checked for packet loss and am using a wired connection—and I’m not experiencing any multiplayer connection issues. The error is on the other end; thanks for your time. But if this keeps happening, I’m going to quit the game for good; it’s incredibly frustrating to lose everything due to an error that isn't my fault.
