Codex doesn't award points from unlocks

Have noticed since the start of Season 2 that while some codex entries have been completed they are either missing or the counter doesn't update, i assume the counter doesnt also update for the totality of the codex (the counter visible in main menu). Here is one example:

I ended Season 1 at 255 levels but the level 100 reward is missing, this isn't the only entry missing, if you want i can provide all entries missing that either weren't awarded or are missing outright.

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
- Your platform and whether Cross Save is enabled.
- The complete list of Codex entries that are missing or not updating.
- A video showing the Codex count and the missing entries, including the full Returning Players section.
- The approximate date you reached Season Level 100 or higher in Season 1. If you have any videos or screenshots from Season 1 showing your rank, please share that as well.
- The name of the Level 100 reward, plus a screenshot showing that it is not available to claim or present in your account inventory, if applicable.
- Whether the issue persists after restarting the game and revisiting the Codex, and whether you attempted to claim the reward.
