Disconnected lost my keys!!!!!
How can you expect people to play an extraction game if the game isn’t stable? I lost a lot of my top gear and two keys one a complete fire locker key! I tried reconnecting 5 times and it just eliminated me!! I think it’s unfair and it made me not want to play anymore, why risk it! There has to be some way of taking care of issues like this for your loyal player base. Please do better, I love this game but how can I feel good about using my good hard earned gea, if I’m just going to lose it from things out of my control? I can send screenshots of my run report to prove it.

Do you happen to remember the error code or error message that appeared when you were disconnected? Also, were any white or red icons appearing in the top right corner of the screen when this occured?
If you have any screenshots or video, please share those as well.
It didn’t have an error code at all, and I didn’t see any red or white icons that I can remember, it was the basic reconnect screen where you can get back to where you were by reconnecting but it didn’t let me.
