Marathon uninstalled itself and took my license.
During one of the season 2 updates, the game uninstalled itself and on the playstation store is now telling me to rebuy the game at full price. I bought the game on 4/25/26, i’ve played it on and off since then. I have the receipts for the game and two DLC’s I purchased for it. I’ve done numerous troubleshooting with playstation support but nothing works because I am completely unable to install the game, whenever I do it takes me to the store where it says I need to purchase it. I spoke to playstation support and a case was opened, but the support two support agents I've spoken to were very rude and unprofessional. I since asked for a refund on the game and DLC but that was denied because I have too many hours in the game, but they also can't prove I own it?
