Exfil bug in Cryo on 8/29 at 12:50 AM EST
We were playing a Cryo run and started an exfil 1 minute before the final exfil. The exfil was in Revival and we were able to make it while there was still 10+ seconds and exfil was there and animating. When we enter the circle and waited for like 15+ seconds, we were unable to exfil and all died together. I checked on Marathon Discord channel and people suggest it was a known issue from season 1 and there are others who have started to experience this issue.

If you encounter this again, please use your platform's capture button to take a video. If you already have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
I checked the known issues list and found out that this specific bug that we ran into already exists. And we are wondering if we could get our loadout back as this issue continues persist in the game. We do not have video recording but I have screenshots of the Run Report. Would that help?

Unfortunately, support is unable to restore any lost loot. While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
