Bug Report: Wrong Servers

Hello. Frequently me and my duo teammate have been playing games in which we are placed in the incorrect server region, meaning we often lose important things like keys or gold items due to:

- Unfair lag and connection issues, with ping getting as high as 300ms

- Communication with other players being impossible (both teammates or enemy players)

There seems to not be any way to consistently get placed in the correct server. We play from OCE (specifically New Zealand), but many games we find ourselves on Asia servers (sometimes central Asia) and also in North American servers.

In a game where the items you bring in actually matter, and there are stakes at hand, we would much prefer the longer que times over being redirected to other regions just to lose our progress due to factors outside of our control. Please allow us to opt out of this global matchmaking, it is only driving the player-base in OCE down more as we just want to log off and do something else.
