Torso implant uneqipped to vault, invalid equip option

- Description of Issue - Logged into game and looking at starting dire marsh, checked inventory and noticed that the torso is missing. Odd I think, that was a warped item I picked up last run and have not infilled with it yet. Checked vault and the item is there but I cannot re-equip it, equip option shows red "Invalid" text., see screenshot below. exited game and loaded in again in case that somehow helped. no difference (though there seems to be a diffent issue with UI loading in currently, took a while for the mouse pointers to load in, so mouse would disappear when mousing over things, until and few seconds later the hand pointer loaded in properly and started showing).

This might effect all warped items? I found an item in vault that is also showing equip invalid:
Hello, I figured I'd just mention that I've experienced this bug as well. However, I've had it with a torso implant and a shield. Both were purple rarity, and Warped. Cannot equip either one.

I have some information to share.
Warped items are temporarily disabled while we address an issue that could cause account and inventory problems for some players.
Since this is affecting a Warped item, it may not behave as expected until this fix is released in a future patch.
