Cannot get past sign in screen for days

Good evening, since 2 weeks ago I'm stuck at the sign in screen for hours.
Tried everything
Data rebuild, sign out and sign in my ps account, clear cashe, restart router and PS5 , delete and download again the game and generally everything I could think of and read online. At this point I'm thinking of asking for a refund since I'm spending my free time just trying to log in than actually playing so this is my last shot. Any help is appreciated.

Since you’ve already gone through troubleshooting steps already, the next thing I’d suggest is testing the game on a different network path if you can, such as a mobile hotspot, just to see whether the login completes there.
