Vault Breaker: DNA Code locked behind Objective Markers, Vault 6 Symbol Skip upgrade pointless

It seems that in Cryo Archive's Vault 6, the DNA Key only spawns IF you complete every Tutorial Objective Marker (going to secret labs, looking at the monitor, etc.) in Vault Breaker. This makes the upgrade where you can skip doing the symbols outside vault 6 pointless if going for compiler.
