Stuck in Cryo Archive Vault 4

Got stuck in a hole in Vault 4 (in Vault Breaker) after jumping down from the console above the frost button.

Please provide the following details to add to your report:
07/22/26 ~8:00 PDT
Playing on Triage, I activated the vault panel above the area, then jumped down towards the vault. I don't quite remember how exactly I got stuck, but potentially hit the wall while jumping and dropped on top of the box directly below the frost button, then slid into the hole.
