Issue with Unblocking a Friend

I accidentally blocked one of my friends. When I went to the Blocked Users page to unblock them, a pop-up notification as shown in the screenshot appeared, and I couldn’t complete the unblock operation. I have no idea how to fix this problem and need your assistance.his ID is BreakZHAO#4167

Can you try the following to see if it helps resolve the issue:
- Sign out of your Bungie account, then sign back in and try the unblock again.
- If you first tried this on Bungie.net, try again in-game. If you first tried in-game, try again on Bungie.net.
- Search for the player again using their full Bungie Name, and then retry the unblock action from the Blocked Users page.
- If possible, fully close the game or browser, reopen it, and retry once more.
If the issue continues after these steps, please reply with:
- The platform you are using
- Whether this happens on web, in-game, or both
- A screenshot of any new errors or messages that appear
