Paprika Error

Hello! I've been consistently having the paprika error with code W:8:00002EF1 for over a month now, I haven't been able to play at all. I have tried all solutions in the network troubleshooting article, and some other random ones I've seen online and none have fixed the issue. I've sent a couple emails to support with no answer, any help would be super appreciated!! 

My computer specs: 

Processor    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700KF
Installed RAM    32.0 GB 
Graphics card    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 
Windows 11
