The codex challenge for spending certs is not completing even though it has been don’t and shows done.

Thank you for reaching out and for reporting this.
Could you try fully closing Marathon, and then restart the game and check to see if you can claim the codex?
If that doesn't help, could you let us know what Platform you are on and the approximate date and time when this happened?
