Server crashed mid game and all loot lost
Server error and kicked team mates and I out of a wiped outpost with 1 minute 30 seconds to go. One tried to rejoin, was kicked out and lost all his gear. One did manage to rejoin and extract. I attempted to rejoin multiple times which kept failing, and it only let me back in when my teammate was at the final exfill and I was immediately spectating. Lost all my gear and it wasn’t refunded (the game just showed me as being eliminated).

While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
