Solo Matchmaking Bug

Nix_Fuer_Unloot#2228 PS5 Pro I encountered a matchmaking bug. I wanted to play solo on Outpost and I made sure to select 'solo', but I still got matched into a trio team with random players.

Bungie Support I just entered a solo matchmaking session and was put into a trios lobby with no crew fill. I lost high level gear including a purple level up med pack that was on its last exfil to become a gold bag. You stated in patch notes for update 1.1.0.4 that this bug was fixed. I want to be compensated for my lost gear. This feels incredibly disrespectful of my time. https://youtu.be/8XtlW9OA7VU
