Stuck in a infinite loading screen

Platform: Xbox
Run started around 18:33 06/08/2026 Central Standard Time
Map: Perimeter Squad of two on No Fill
Teammate: MakoMano
I was working on helping a new player through the Welcome to Tau Ceti IV (2/2). We made it through the initial loading screen. On the screen that becomes the squad contract screen, it never loaded. After about 5 minutes I reset the game to no success. The screen just flipped through an outline of the contract boxes. My teammate only had a sponsored kit, but I had a nearly full loadout.
Hopefully this doesn't happen when I run with a more expensive kit.

If I have it happen again I will record it. Was having a weird Xbox side connection issue, but that hadn't affected the two prior runs I had been on. There also didn't seem to be general connectivity issues as I had no issues in several other games including Destiny 2.
