Unrevivable Due to Geometry

I was playing on Dire Marsh and after death my runner died in such a way that they were unrevivable, even after Triage attempted to utilize their ultimate ability I was still unable to be revived and my items were lost. I was only able to grab this one screenshot of my squadmate trying to revive me but the death was between greenhouse and bio-research.
