Playstation Store Error / Deluxe Edition
There's a problem with the PSN store. On the store's website, it clearly says the base game is included in the deluxe edition. We purchased that version, but it turns out that the game is not included? Even though it clearly says it is? We contacted Sony support, and after wasting 20 minutes, they said there's nothing they can do. Now what?

They said that will give the game for those who bought before the message was added
What's strange is I contacted Sony about this again, and they said this time that I bought the game and own it as purchased, despite any messaging, and will probably have to download it again once the free trial is over. Very confusing. I did not see or read the fine-print (aka "the message") and did not know about any issue when I purchased it as-advertised. Seems like a mistake somewhere between Bungie and the PS store, and I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed or better messaging about this somewhere aside from a post on Twitter.
