Can not hear Voice Chat

Description of Issue - I can not hear other players' voice chat in-game or hub. I can see teammates' mics light up, but I can not hear them. They can hear me. I can hear the game itself. I don't see this issue on the "known issues list" yet I found numerous articles about this bug dating back *months*. I am using Bluetooth headphones (Bose QuietComfort SC).

Solutions I have tried - I have turned off every device other than my headphones in Windows Control Panel in both the Playback and Recording Tabs. I have set my headphones as both Default and Default Communications Device in Windows Control Panel. I have set input and output in Windows Settings to my headphones. My in-game settings have voice chat on. My teammates are not muted. My volume is all the way up. I followed the auto troubleshooting steps.

Rough Date and Time of issue - June 3rd, 2026

Repro steps - I launched the game to this issue. VC has never worked.

    If you're still having trouble after consulting the guide above, please try the following after opening the game and let us know if this works for you:

    • Open Bluetooth & devices
    • Click View more devices
    • Scroll to the bottom and select More devices and printer settings
    • In the new window, right-click your headphones and choose Properties
    • Go to the Services tab
    • Clear the checkbox for Handsfree Telephony
  • I’m having the same problem. Haven’t figured out how to fix it yet.
