Never got my spammers kits for season 2 when the servers were crashing restarted my game multiple times. I played when the servers were constantly crashing lost it all and never got reimbursed:/

Players who played during the affected times (June 2, 10:00 AM PT to 4:00 PM PT) were sent 7 Sponsored Kits, split into two messages. If they haven't arrived yet, unfortunately it would appear this account did not meet eligibility requirements.
However I was actively playing the game at the time and if that’s the case how did my friend who didn’t even play on the day get given the list and I didn’t this is appalling
