Beat Compiler and exfiled with the Ganglion and no skin rewarded

I participated in a compiler kill that was from my own dna access card and exfiled with the compiler ganglion. I was lucky enough to do it with a friendly lobby as well. Unfortunately, only 1 of our teammates got the cryo skin. Any fixes for this?
