"For Carnage, Apply Within" codex not received
Bungie Account Name - crusting#8330
Platform - Steam
Description of Issue - Me and my team reached well over 100+ kills, showing one of us leaving with around 80 kills and the other 2 with around 60. My teammate Umpfy#5455 received the codex entry but neither me, crusting#8330 or my teammate, Ichabod Crane#2275 received the entry. Since my teammate had received the title but neither me or my teammate had, is it possible if we were given the codex entry as well?
Rough Date and Time of issue - 31st of May 2026 around 7:20PM PST.
Below are screenshots of the run report after exfil as well as a video of my teammate receiving the codex. The additional attached screenshot is a viewing of my own codex entry, showing that I have not received it.

It appears that progress for this type of Codex objective may depend on each player's individual contribution rather than the team's combined total.
