I got stuck in a box in Dire Marsh
I was running towards an exfil in Dire Marsh, slide, and got stuck in a box. I wasn't even that close to it, it sorta pulled my shell into it. This was at the farthest point north of complex, on a open platform. Running from the east most building in Bio Research towards complex. I even downed myself to try and crawl out, which did not work. Lost a ton of loot. Hoping bungie can compensate me in game. I have a video of it saved and can upload somewhere if needed.

Unfortunately my desktop captured my second monitor. So the video is only a static picture with audio from the game. You can hear my jumping about like a maniac as well as downing myself. However, that is likely unhelpful.

We are aware of players reporting this issue and are working on a fix.
While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Any gear refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
