CARRI Superior Key Template did not grant key after exfil
Purchased a Superior Key Template with 75 commendations. Took into Perimeter. Exfil'd successfully. No key in backpack or vault after run.
Xbox, exfil at about 12:30am central time.

Thanks for the detailed report, and I’m sorry this happened.
Superior Key Templates are designed to consume themselves on a successful exfil and turn into a key that’s added to your inventory or vault.
In some cases, templates can be lost without payout if the carrier goes down during the run or if other deaths occur, even if the crew ultimately extracts. If you’re sure you stayed up the whole time and still didn’t see a key in either your backpack or vault, please share the following information:

Hello, I have unfortunately stumpled upon the same issue, here is all of my details:
Your Platform: Personal Computer (Pc)
Exact item name (e.g., CARRI Superior Key Template): CARRI Superior Key Template
Where you got it (CyberAcme barter, reward, etc.): CyberAcme barter
Did you have any other key templates or keys in your backpack or vault before the run? Yes, i Had 2 CARRI Superior Key Template in my bag, i noticed a notification when i exfilled from the match, BUT i didnt read it becuase i was talking with my teammates.
Map and mode (e.g., Perimeter Standard/Duos/etc.): Perimeter Standard
Runner/Shell used: I used Assassin for the abilities, although i did have Vandal Cores on (as in the picture)
Crew size (solo, duo, trio) and whether any crewmates also had templates: Trio, Autofill, They didnt have keys to my knowledge.
Rough date/time of the exfil including time zone: 12:46 PM Pacific Standard Time
Step-by-step of what you did after equipping the template (any contracts, UESC fights, interactions with other players, key rooms, etc.): No contracts, No interactions with other teams, moved from south relay to station after exfil spawned, placed a Ammo Crate V3, dropped 2 flechett grenades, used 2 smoke grenades and assassin smoke for the exfil, then we exfilled as a team
Did you go downed or die at any point before exfil (even if revived)? No
Which exfil you used (first available / mid / final, and whether the whole crew exfilled together): First avaliable, whole crew exfiled together
Did your commendations/credits definitely get deducted for the purchase? Yes
Confirm that you checked both backpack and vault for the new key afterward: Yes, i started with 4 fragile key templates, and i only have 3 now, without a new perimeter key.
Were your backpack or vault close to full at the time? Yes, i had 5 spaces left in my vault, which is why i dropped the flechett grenades in match.

The template in your inventory before the run: i unfortunately dont have any proof of this
The Run Report after exfil: i do not know where to find this
Your backpack + vault right after the run where the key is missing.: 1 screenshot of all the templates i have after the match (moved 2 smokes from my vault back to my loadout, moved 2 claymores from my loudout to my vault, before i realized that the key wasnt anywhere), 2nd screenshot is current vault space i have. The date and time are included in the names of the screenshots.

Before we escalate this further, could you please confirm a couple of things for us?
Was the CARRI Superior Key Template bought yesterday, or was it an older one that had already been sitting in your backpack or vault from before the recent 1.0.9 update ?
What objective was shown on the template, and had that objective been completed before you exfilled?
Do you happen to have a screenshot of the Run Report / Loadout Report from that match showing the exfil results?
If the template was an older Fragile one, did you exfil with a Matter Fixative during that run?
If you have any additional screenshots or a clip showing the template objective, the Run Report, or your inventory right before and after the match, please share those as well.
