Extracted but says I'm eliminated + no loot

Description of Issue - I extracted on Outpost with good loot it wasn't even final extract but it was a guarded one but when I extracted and got to the recap screen it says I failed my contract which I was supposed to complete with the extract and also that I was eliminated and lost all my loot. (I had some good loot and took a while to do quest is there a chance I get the loot back?)
Rough Date and Time of issue - 4/18/26 8:40 EST
Repro steps - I called guarded extract, I pop smoke and hide for a bit and also use recon scan. I enter extract once it gives me the sound queue and on my screen it seems like a successful extract, I was knifing a commander that was in the extract with me as it went off but I am sure I was in the extract and I saw the matter transition and all that.
