Weapon draws into ADS after a heavy melee attack when ADS Toggle is active, also prevents item usage

When you have the Toggle ADS setting, doing a heavy melee attack with your knife out makes so the next time you draw your weapon it draws into ADS. This also prevents using items, making so you have to manually release the ADS and/or re-select the item from the item quick use menu.

Thank you for the report.

We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.

While we work on a fix, here are some workarounds you can try:
- In Settings, switch from Toggle ADS to Hold ADS. This avoids the bug entirely for now.
- If you want to keep Toggle ADS on, try to untoggle ADS or swap back to your gun once before using items. After you tap ADS again (or swap weapons) to clear the zoom state, consumables and other items should work normally.
- If you currently have heavy knife and Toggle ADS on the same button, rebinding one of them to a different key/button can help reduce how often this happens.
