Unable to grab the Synapse Cube

Hi, I just ran Cryo Vault 6 and we found a synapse cube that was bugged on the floor and wasn't able to be picked out. Would you guys be able to give it to us? We completed that run flawlessly. Here's a video:

Rough Date and Time of issue - about 5 minutes after this video was uploaded
Repro steps - no clue

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to directly add or credit a Synapse Cube to individual accounts.
