Equipment Radial Inconsistent With Changing Equipment
I've found that when using the radial menu to change your equipped grenade it fails sometimes and will keep your original item equipped. This has happened a few times but I haven't been able to replicate it consistently. Here is a video link to try and illustrate it https://youtu.be/JlvV6M8fdsg (Ignore my salt).
