First entry server error Stingray
Hi so after a long long time with the Xbox support team try to help me out with the problem I have , I still can’t get through the game , Error Stingray , I haven’t played the game yet (Marathon )

Thanks for reaching out.
The error code STINGRAY appears to players who are not signed in with their platform account, or their platform services are undergoing maintenance.
Additionally, this error may appear to players on console whose PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live subscription has expired.
It’s been 4 days since I bought the game and still have the same issue , also I have signed with my platform -Xbox !
