Permanently debugged and caused very expensive death
Entering the final room in commanded wing I was given the toxin status affect for an unknown reason, after using a tool kit the affect persisted, for several minutes, I tried to outheal it and nothing helped, ended up dying before extracting, losing 20k load out, very upset

Is there any way to be compensated in game? That ingame value is something that can take hours
