Recon's Echo Pulse Triggers Tracker Drone Dialogue (w/controller)

Description of Issue - While using a controller / gamepad, activating the Recon's Echo Pulse ability will sometimes trigger the dialogue for the Tracker Drone.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Various date/times throughout recent play sessions.
Repro steps - Using a controller / gamepad on Steam, with the default button mappings for the Prime ability (Left + Right bumpers), trigger Echo Pulse for the Recon shell.
