Voice Chat, Prox Chat, Game Sounds
Okay ya'll, I am posting again to see if anyone can help. I beg God at this point, so in the menu my mic will keep on showing there is sound, in games my team can hear me, and I would say enemy teams as well. I can't hear them, neither of them. I have tried everything, all the troubleshooting post and etc. My audio does the same thing when I play COD. I guess it turns downs certain things so I can hear people in Discord and game chat, it seems like it tries to do that. But it can't get the voice chat and prox chat. I am playing on steam on an Alienware PC, and my headset is also an Alienware, 725H. It did this even with the Beta. Which I just thought where it was the Beta. Please help, it is really making me not really like the game where people have the call out bonus. Also, when I visit my boyfriend, I play on his PS5, with no issue with this.

If you're still having trouble, try using a different audio device to rule out potential issues with the device itself. If you've isolated the problem to one headset, please consider reaching out to the manufacturer for specialized troubleshooting.
I have tried this…. I have used AirPods and the headset to the same issue.
Update, I contacted the people who manufactured the headset (Dell). And they couldn't even figure out why the game is doing this :)
