Borrowed items being returned to enemy player

Description of Issue - I looted a purple backpack off of an enemy that I killed it did indeed have the borrowed tag but seeing as I was not in his crew and we wiped the squad I was under the impression that i got to keep the back pack. hoping it was just cause i was playing so close to maintenance and not some bug where team mates swap backpacks so they get returned if they lose the run.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/11/2026 1:11pm
Repro steps - Would be extremely hard to reproduce the exact situation that happened but i will attempt to swap backpacks with a friend and see if they get returned if we lose the run
